Performance

Audio Engineer
In charge of the front-of-house PA system — setting levels, running sound during the show, and coordinating with performers on stage.

Security Guards
Help keep guests safe and events running smoothly — monitoring entrances, assisting with crowd flow, and supporting the production team.

Videographer
Capture the concert experience on video — filming performances, crowd moments, and behind-the-scenes content for promotion and archives.

Promoter
Help spread the word — share events on social media, distribute flyers, and connect Jazz in the Park with new audiences in the community.

Volunteer
Ticket Booth Attendants
Greet guests at the gate, scan or sell tickets, and answer questions about the event and venue.

Merch Booth Attendants
Staff the merchandise table — help customers, handle sales, and keep the booth organized during the show.

Clean Up Crew
Help restore the park after each event — collecting trash, breaking down areas, and leaving the venue ready for the community.

Vendors
Food Vendor (Food Truck)
Bring your food truck to Jazz in the Park and serve guests throughout the event. Tell us about your menu, setup, and availability.
